Passionate about hitting good form, you’ll be coached by Dean to develop yourself beyond what you thought possible. Dean’s focus is to make you improve, you complete structured runs to improve your conditioning, you lift heavy weights with good form to get stronger, prevent injury and increase longevity and you do this with a smile knowing each time you turn up you’re getting the little bit better. He likes to think for himself as a big kid with a rock n roll spirit.
